Shown is a frame grab of a video of Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden shown on Al Jazeera Satellite channel on Sept. 10, 2003, a day before 9/11's second anniversary. The tape shows bin Laden and his top aid Ayman Al-Zawahiri in an undetermined mountain area and had probably been recorded toward the end of April or in early May of 2003, according to the TV channel.
