Trucks can be seen on a highway in Wanquan County in north China's Hebei Province on Aug. 23. The traffic jam has stretched as long as 60 miles in northern China, continues into its tenth day on Tuesday. The traffic stems from road construction in Beijing that won't be finished until the middle of next month, an official said.
