Covert commerce: smugglers' tunnels at the Egypt and Gaza border

Packaged concrete is sorted at the Elkayam concrete factory in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. The factory receives part of its materials from Israel for international programs and the majority of materials are smuggled in through tunnels at the Egyptian border.
