In Alexandria, Va., dogs and their owners attend a doggy Happy Hour at Hotel Monaco. Every Tuesday and Thursday nights during warm weather, the hotel welcomes canines to their courtyard where everyone can mingle. Old Town Alexandria is know for being very dog friendly.
