Pat Johnson makes a rubbing of the name of Walter Schmidt, a friend still missing in action, while her husband, Neil, helps hold the paper steady. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is dedicated to everyone who served in Vietnam; the granite wall is inscribed with the names of the 58,000 who died there or are missing in action.
