At Andy's Barbershop in Owego, N.Y., John Janosko gets a cut from owner Andy Romano, who has been in business here for 40 years. Janosko says he has been a client for almost that long. The men chat about local company Lockheed Martin, which just lost a big contract for presidential helicopters. Owego was voted the coolest small town in America.
