An ironworker pushes a beam into place on One World Trade Center, formerly known as the Freedom Tower, on Tuesday in New York City. When completed the building will rise to 1,776 feet (541 meters). Sept. 11 will mark the ninth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center.
