Somalian refugees rest inside the former Somali Embassy in downtown Rome. About 200 refugees live crammed eight, nine, or ten to a room in the four-story building, which is still the property of the Somali government but which was abandoned as an embassy after the collapse of the government in Mogadishu in the 1990s.
