Indian Sikh pilgrims wave to onlookers after arriving at the Wagah border in Pakistan to attend the Baisakhi festival. Hundreds of Sikh pilgrims arrived in Pakistan to celebrate the festival at the shrines of Panja Sahib and Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Sikh faith founder Guru Nanak Dev. Baisakhi is the beginning of the solar year in the Indian state of Punjab.
