Cadets take part in a loyalty oath ceremony onboard the 'Cruiser Aurora' Museum in St. Petersburg. Four hundred first-year students of St. Petersburg's naval technical college swore allegiance to the Russian fleet aboard the former cruiser, which was used during the Russian-Japanese War in 1904-05 and the October Revolution in Russia in 1917, according to local media.
