A worker holds oyster, or Veshenka, mushrooms at a private farm, workshops of which are located inside hangars of a former Soviet missile military base, in the village of Minoity, some 100 miles west of Minsk, Belarus. The farm cultivates and sells about 10 tons of oyster mushrooms each month in Belarus and neighboring countries.
