President Barack Obama will deliver his second State of the Union address Tuesday night. Many are asking, 'what time is the State of the Union address 2011?'
On Tuesday night, President Barack Obama will be addressing the American people with his second State of the Union address (technically, his February 24, 2009 address was not a State of the Union address, but rather just an address to a joint session of Congress).
He has already given some insight as to what to expect by posting a video on Friday. With all eyes and ears ready to tune into the Presidents speech, tonight, you might be asking "What time is the state of the union address?"
The president will go on air on major television networks as well as begin streaming video at 9pm EST (6pm PST) tonight.
According to his Friday video, the President will be talking about these topics:
"- Unemployment/job creation
- Keeping America competitive
- Building infrastructure
- Improving education (to "out-educate" the rest of the world)
- Debt/deficit reduction
- Government reform
- Domestic security
