6. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iranian president, 2005-2009

Ahmadinejad's 2010 speech to the General Assembly has been much anticipated, at least partially because of the infamous speeches he made during five previous appearances before the body. From warning of an "organized invasion by the enemies of humanity" to "promote lewdness and violence" to accusing the US of imposing "nuclear apartheid," he never fails to create a stir.
