West Coast dock workers will continue handling Soviet cargo despite the boycott imposed by their counterparts on the East Coast to protest Moscow's military intervention in Afghanistan, a union spokesman said Thursday. Daniel Beagle, information director of the Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union, the West Coast dockers' union, gave no reason for the decision.
