Rep. Les Aspin (D) of Wisconsin said Sunday he will introduce legislation authorizing the United States to seize $10 million in Iranian money on deposit in American institutions for every day the hostages are held. The bill would give Iran 10 days -- once the measure became law -- to free the hostages.
