Iraq resumed oil exports via pipeline through Turkey for the first time since the Gulf war began. A Turkish official in Ankara said the Iraqis began pumping crude to the terminal at Ceyhan Wednesday night at "low capacity," but gave no details. Tankers of importing countries are now arriving at the port of Iskenderun.
