Zimbabwe land reform puts snag in farm sales

Farmers and landowners wishing to sell their land must first offer it to the government for use in Zimbabwe's resettlement program, Lands and Resettlement Minister Sydney Sekeramayi announced. The resettlement program is severely hampered by buyers acquiring land out of "self-interest," he said.
