Sweden plans a practice muscle flex with military

Sweden's armed forces are planning their largest military exercises in about 12 years in March, said a defense staff spokesman. He said the maneuvers, involving 20,000 men in far north Sweden, had been planned for more than a year and were totally unconnected with the recent incursion of a Soviet submarine into Swedish territorial waters.
