Common Cause adamant on political-action kitties

Former Watergate special prosecutor Archibald Cox says the public-interest group he heads, Common Cause, won't give up its fight to keep political action committees from spending millions in the next presidential campaign.

He voed to continue to press for enforcement of spending limits despite a Supreme Court decision that struck from the books a $1,000 spending cap on PACs.
