Dozier returns home to a hero's welcome

Brig. Gen. James Dozier, rescued last week from terrorist kidnappers in Italy , returned home to a hero's welcome and told a cheering crowd, ''It's doggone good to be home.''

Vice-President George Bush and Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger were among dignitaries on hand at Andrews Air Force Base to welcome General Dozier, six days after he was freed from terrorists who held him for 42 days.
