Developing nations split on Reagan terms for aid

In a meeting called by India this week in the wake of last fall's Cancun summit meeting, 44 developing nations split on whether the third world should bow to conditions imposed by President Reagan for United States participation in global negotiations, Monitor correspondent Carol Honsa reports.
