* Organized labor is not happy about President Reagan's plans for trade concessions for Caribbean countries.

The President will discuss the subject during his forthcoming meeting with Caribbean heads of states in Barbados. The AFL-CIO says that the White House plan would wipe out more US jobs.

The administration's plan allows almost all imports from 28 Caribbean and Central American nations to enter the US duty free. An AFL-CIO spokesman says ''further incentives for imports from and through Caribbean Basin countries must be rejected.''

The problem: Only 25 percent of the imported products would have to be of Carribean origin -- thus allowing imports from around the world to be funneled into the U.S.
