Nuke marchers threaten to block UN missions

Peace advocates threatened to blockade the UN missions of the world's major nuclear powers, saying the action would be taken on grounds there there has been no progress toward disarmament in 30 years of negotiations.

The threat of civil disobedience represented the first potential crack in the harmonious planning between city officials and organizers of a week-long series of antinuclear demonstrations keyed to a UN conference on disarmament.
