Haig thinks he would make a good president, according to an associate. Haig's apparent presidential ambitions were one of burrs getting under collars around the White House when Haig was at Foggy Bottom. But the associate insists Haig thinks he could never get the GOP nod for president. So-o-o, Haig may sign on with a think tank.But Haig's think tank would likely be located somewhere other than Washington . . . to build a political base perhaps?
