Record-breaker solo sailor makes it to England

Solo yachtsman Bill Dunlop of Mechanic Falls, Maine, stepped ashore Sunday at the end of a record-breaking Atlantic crossing in his nine-foot one-inch yacht, Wind's Will, the Coast Guard reported.

It was the smallest boat to cross the Atlantic from west to east. The overall record is held by a craft less than six feet long which sailed in the other direction, from Morocco to Florida, in 1968.
