Study says New Right left out of Reagan team

President Reagan's top 100 political appointees show by their attitudes that the so-called New Right largely has been excluded from the administration by traditional conservatives, according to a study released by consumer advocate Ralph Nader.

Well-organized New Right groups, advocating such issues as allowing prayer in schools and making abortion illegal, gave Mr. Reagan a large boost in his election campaign, but has been replaced by representatives of big business, said the study, entitled "Reagan's Ruling Class."
