Speedup or deletion of tax cut opposed

President Reagan's top economic adviser, Martin Feldstein, said he opposed any change in the July 1983 personal income tax cut - either delaying it to hold down deficits or speeding it up to spur recovery.

Also, Senate Finance Committee chairman Bob Dole (R) of Kansas said moving the 10 percent income tax cut from July to January, as Mr. Reagan may ask Congress to do, would only make federal deficits worse.
