Vacation Travel Concepts is offering charter flights to Rio de Janeiro, leaving every week on Fridays until April 8. The minumum package of air fare plus seven nights in a hotel is $459, including service charge.

The lowest generally available package is $749, including service charge. There are seats available on all flights except the week of Feb. 11, which is Carnival.

The top-of-the-line package costs $941 including service charge, with hotel arrangements at the Rio Palace, generally acknowledged to be the best in Rio, on the Copacabana directly at Ipanema.
