Watt changes his tune on 4th of July program

Washington's Fourth of July celebrations can now host rock-and-roll again. An apologetic Interior Secretary James Watt rescinded a controversial decision to ban rock concerts with groups such as the Beach Boys from the festivities. He was urged on by two apparent enthusiasts of the Beach Boys - the President and Mrs. Reagan. According to Mr. Watt, the First Lady said that the Beach Boys were friends and fine, outstanding people.
