Lebanese security forces arrested three people after a car-bomb attack just missed Lebanese Prime Minister Shafik Wazzan as he was being driven to his office in west Beirut. There were no injuries in the attack. A military prosecutor said that those arrested were believed to be members of a ''terrorist cell.''
