More than one mole was on staff, Carter suggests

Former President Jimmy Carter said there may have been more than one ''mole'' on his 1980 campaign staff who delivered crucial documents to the Reagan camp. Mr. Carter, who is on a private visit to Japan, said he believed this because the papers were of two distinct kinds taken over an extended period of time.
