Soviet youth apparently will not seek asylum

An arrangement appears to have been worked out between the US and the USSR that would permit a Soviet youth to return to Moscow. Andrei Berezhkov, who had expressed a desire to stay in the US, apparantly has had a change of heart about seeking political asylum in the US.

As of this writing, a press conference was planned by the Soviet Union to permit the youth to speak for himself. In addition, a small group of US reporters were to be permitted to interview him before he boarded a plane. Two American officials were to be present at the airport session.
