A teen-ager who was educated entirely by his parents on a backwoods ranch in California will enter Harvard University's freshman class next week. Grant Colfax, 18, who grew up without television or a telephone, was educated by his father, a PhD in sociology and former professor, and his mother, a former high school English teacher. The youth said he thought Harvard accepted him ''because I'm unique.''
