The Reagan administration has denied a visa to Salvadorean leftist leader Ruben Zamora because he previously said his rebel group was responsible for the murder of a US Navy officer. Zamora had planned to travel to the US this week at the invitation of Rep. James Moody (D) of Wisconsin, who protested the visa denial as ''unfortunate and harmful to American interests.''
