Grenadian paper resumes publication after 2 1/2 years

A free press surfaced over the weekend in Grenada for the first time in more than two years with the publication of an indepedent newspaper. The Grenadian Voice turned up on the streets here with its first issue since it was closed by the country's former left-wing government 2 1/2 years ago.
