Civilians, Israeli soldiers clash in southern Lebanon

Five Lebanese civilians were wounded Saturday night when Israeli forces opened fire to disperse a crowd throwing stones at them in the village of Kfar Melki. The crowd was demanding the release of about 10 villagers who were detained in a roundup of guerrilla suspects, taken in after an Israeli soldier was killed by a roadside bomb.
