Mrs. Dole urges industry be spurred for space travel

Transportation Secretary Elizabeth Dole, predicting civilian space travel will be a $10 billion business within a decade, wants the government to make it easier for American industry to invest in space exploration.

''The potential is as vast and vivid as we dare to dream - the only limits are our human imagination,'' Mrs. Dole told the annual meeting of the Transportation Research Board Wednesday.
