Big win for Jackson in Louisiana primary

Fresh from his second consecutive primary victory, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said Sunday that the Texas caucuses were marred by ''a lot of intimidation, a lot of irregularity,'' and that he would challenge his third-place finish there.

Mr. Jackson won a surprising victory in the Louisiana primary Saturday, taking 43 percent of the vote to 25 percent for Sen. Gary Hart and 22 percent for former Vice-President Walter F. Mondale.

Jackson was expected to pick up 25 delegates, Mr. Hart 18, and Mr. Mondale 13 .
