Intelligence analyst indicted in the sale of sensitive photos

Navy intelligence analyst Samuel L. Morison was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury here on charges of providing a British defense magazine, Jane's Defense Weekly, with classified satellite photographs of Soviet fighting ships under construction. He was indicted on two counts of passing secret information and theft of government property. He could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine if convicted.
