Kampuchean premier said to have died in USSR

Chan Si, prime minister of the Vietnamese-backed Kampuchean government in Phnom Penh, has died in Moscow, Japan's Kyodo News Agency reported Thursday. It said that he died in a hospital Wednesday while under medical treatment.

Chan became prime minister in Feburary 1982.
