Candle in the Wind (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): Traces religious freedom/repression in the Soviet Union since 1917.
A Year in the Life (NBC, 9-11 p.m.; also Tuesday and Wednesday, 9-11 p.m.): Sensitive, three-part miniseries about the life of a contemporary family in Seattle.
Nuclear Legacy (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): A look at the lethal by-products of nuclear weapons. TUESDAY
