TAXPAYERS SHOULD KNOW NEW RIGHTS
BRYN MAWR, PA.
Taxpayers should be aware of their rights in the ``Taxpayer Bill of Rights,'' which became law last year, says James Ivers of The American College. The IRS gives faulty responses to 22 percent of telephoned inquiries, the government has found.
