MORE BOARDS HAVE WOMEN, MINORITIES

Fifty-nine percent of corporate boards surveyed seated women in 1989, compared to 11 percent in 1973, Korn/Ferry International reports. Ethnic minorities were found on only 9 percent of boards in 1973, but 32 percent last year.
