In the Oct. 7 daily Monitor and the World Edition of Oct. 9-15, a caption under a photo of US presidential candidate Bill Clinton wrongly stated that he had attended the Rio summit on the environment. The photo actually showed Mr. Clinton speaking about the Rio summit at a forum in the United States.
