President Clinton's overseas trip (CNN, beginning noon, EST): Brussels, Prague, Moscow, Geneva - they and other stops are on Mr. Clinton's week-long itinerary during his first European trip as president. It will be covered by ABC, CBS, and NBC, of course (check local listings): The ``CBS Evening News'' airs from Prague, for instance, on Monday and Tuesday, with interviews and on-site reports from some former Soviet republics.

But viewers who like more continuous reporting can follow CNN's extensive live coverage each day, which will include many events along the way. On Sunday it will carry Clinton's address to the Belgian government at noon (EST). Billed as his main speech of the trip, it is expected to unveil his ``Partnership for Peace plan that NATO will present to former Soviet bloc nations. Tuesday Clinton will meet with NATO leaders in Brussels. CNN will air the president's news conference afterward.

America's Castles (A&E, 9-11 p.m.): America's version of European castles is probably the grand estates of the tycoons of the Industrial Age. Their homes were truly fit for kings, and some of the stories surrounding them rival European history in their gothic twists and turns.

Through old films, home movies, and still photography, this documentary gives viewers a look at the residential architecture, poking into unique rooms, gardens, stables, and other gracious areas. Some of the homes showcased are Jay Gould's ``Lyndhurst,'' George Washington Vanderbilt's ``Biltmore,'' Henry M. Flagler's ``Whitehall,'' and better-known places like Cornelius Vanderbilt's ``The Breakers'' and William Randolph Hearst's ``Hearst Castle,'' in San Simeon, Calif.
