Cinderella ... Frozen in Time (ABC, 8-9 p.m.): The fairy tale comes to life on ice with skaters from the Ice Capades and an original music score. Dorothy Hamill stars as Cinderella; Lloyd Bridges is the storyteller and host.
The Changeling (Bravo, 8-10 p.m.): Elizabeth McGovern and Bob Hoskins star in this BBC adaptation of the 1622 tragedy by Thomas Middleton and William Rowley, in which a woman hires a henchman to murder her fiance so she can marry her real love, played by Hugh Grant.
National Hockey League Playoffs (ABC, 1 p.m. EDT): First of three playoff games, held on consecutive Sundays.
On Promised Land (Disney, 7-10 p.m.): Set in rural Georgia in the 1950s, this made-for-cable film follows two families, one black and one white, and the dreams and broken promises that bind them together.

A Passion For Justice (ABC, 9-11 p.m.): Jane Seymour stars in the story of Hazel Brannon Smith, the first woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for the editorials she wrote in Mississippi during the 1950s. The fact-based program shows how her fight against racial injustice threatened her career, her marriage, and her life.
Boston Marathon (NBC, ABC, NESN, 11:30 a.m. to conclusion): This is the 98th anniversary of the 26.2-mile race. Kenya's Cosmas Ndeti and Russia's Olga Markova are expected to defend their titles.
Earthkeeping: Mastering the Marketplace (PBS, 10-11 p.m. Note: Some stations will air the program on Tuesday): What does it mean to be ``green'' in the 1990s? This program - last of a four-part series - examines the question from the standpoints of manufacturers, government agencies, environmentalists, and consumers. Meet a garbage expert, a family that generates only one can of garbage every two years, and a couple that spends only $5 a month on electricity.
