Steve's apples

Image 1 of 11

The Apple-1, which made its debut in 1976 and sold for $666.66, was one of an estimated 200 produced. The machine had just eight kilobytes of RAM and was sold without a keyboard, monitor, casing, or power supply, but in principle, it worked straight out of the box. The computer was built by former Apple CEO Steve Jobs and co-founder Steve Wozniak in the garage of Mr. Jobs's parents. Here's a look back at the Mac.
