Brzezinski to discuss aid plans in Pakistan

President Carter's national-security adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, will lead a US mission to Pakistan to discuss American aid proposals made after the Soviet move into Afghanistan, according to US officials. The officials said the trip was expected to begin later this week but would be announced only after Islamic foreign ministers ended their meeting in Islamabad, Pakistan.
