Another foe of Libya killed, this time in Bonn

The series of killings of Libyan opponents of the present Libyan administration has apparently spread from Italy and Britain to West Germany with the murder of a former Libyan diplomat in downtown Bonn Saturday, Monitor correspondent Elizabeth Pond reports. The gunman, identified as a young Libyan who flew to Germany from Libya two weeks ago, has denied any political motivation, but said the murdered man owed him money.
