Mexico courts Europe in an oil supply deal

President Jose Lopez Portillo begins a 12-day tour Friday to France, West Germany, Sweden, and Canada to bargain Mexico's huge oil reserves in exchange for nuclear and mining technology, agricultural products, and coal.
